This functionality is particularly useful for mobile phones equipped with integrated NFC scanners. With this capability, users have the convenience of marking their attendance by simply tapping an NFC Card on fixed devices. This streamlined process enhances the efficiency of attendance recording while ensuring accuracy and ease of use.
Face Attendance Utilize facial recognition technology for accurate and contactless employee attendance tracking
HRBluSky makes it easy for employees to clock in and out using facial recognition on mobile or tablet devices. You can also use your company’s Wi-Fi or IP network for this. Another option is to set up geofences, so when employees enter or leave certain areas, their attendance is recorded. Whether you use fixed devices or portable ones, HRBluSky supports both methods for capturing attendance.
Mode of Attendance
GPS Attendance Track employee attendance and location using GPS technology for accurate and real-time monitoring
This mode helps the employee to mark the attendance within the location and the radius configured in HRBluSky, it shows whether the attendance geo fence status is “inside or Outside” based on the GPS location.
IP-Based Attendance Monitor employee attendance through IP address verification for secure and location-specific tracking
This mode enables the attendance to be marked only within the configured IP address & MAC ID (WIFI Connection).
Fixed Device Attendance Track employee attendance using stationary, on-site devices for reliable and consistent monitoring
Attendance can be marked using one fixed device by choosing either Face attendance or NFC Card Attendance for their respective employees.
GPS Live Tracker Real-time monitoring of location and movement using GPS technology for accurate and immediate tracking
