Shift Pattern

Enable the creation of versatile shift patterns on a weekly basis, accommodating varying needs by offering an unrestricted number of options. This flexibility optimizes employee scheduling and promotes efficient workforce management.

Within the scheduling system, administrators can exercise two distinct approaches when assigning

shift patterns to employees:

1. Monthly Allocation: Under this method, a single shift pattern is allocated to all the weeks within a given month. This offers stability and predictability to employees, allowing them to follow the same schedule throughout the entire month. This approach is useful for scenarios where operational requirements remain relatively consistent over the month.

2.Variable Weekly Allocation: In this approach, administrators have the flexibility to assign different shift patterns for each week within the month. This dynamic allocation can cater to changing demands, seasonal variations, or specific events. Employees might experience varying schedules from week to week, offering adaptability and accommodating operational fluctuations.
