Information You Give Us

We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. We collect information about you only if we need the information for some legitimate purpose.

Account signup: When you sign up for an account to access one or more of our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, company name and country to complete the account signup process.

We record information that you submit when you (i) register for any event, including webinars or seminars, (ii) subscribe to our newsletter or any other mailing list, (iii) submit a form in order to download any product, whitepaper, or other materials, (iv) participate in contests or respond to surveys, or (v) submit a form to request customer support or to contact HRBluSky for any other purpose.

Payment processing: When you subscribe for our service or buy something from us, we ask you to provide your name, contact information, and credit card information or other payment account information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers.

Testimonials: When you authorize us to post testimonials about our products and services on websites, we may include your name and other personal information in the testimonial. You will be given an opportunity to review and approve the testimonial before we post it.

Interactions with HRBluSky: We may record, analyse and use your interactions with us, including email, telephone, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals, for improving our interactions with you and other customers.

Mobile Devices: We collect information from your mobile device such as unique identifying information broadcast from your device or hardware and software specifications. We may also ask you if you would like to share your face vector & location information from your mobile device.

Automatic Information

Information from browsers, devices, and servers: When you visit our websites, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices and servers make available, such as the internet protocol address, browser type, language preference, time zone, referring URL, date and time of access, operating system, mobile device manufacturer and mobile network information. We include these in our log files to understand more about visitors to our websites. When you download or use apps created by HRBluSky or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.

Information from first party cookies and tracking technologies: We use temporary and permanent cookies to identify users of our services and to enhance user experience. We embed unique identifiers in our downloadable products to track usage of the products. We also use cookies, beacons, tags, scripts, and other similar technologies to identify visitors, track website navigation, gather demographic information about visitors and users, understand email campaign effectiveness and for targeted visitor and user engagement by tracking your activities on our websites. We also use first-party Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 to store content information and preferences to provide certain features.

Information from application logs and mobile analytics: We collect information about your use of our products, services and mobile applications from application logs and in-house usage analytics tools and use it to understand how your business use and needs can improve our products. Information from Third Party and Social Media

If you contact any of our reselling partners, or otherwise express interest in any of our products or services to them, the reselling partner may pass your name, email address, company name and other information to HRBluSky.

When you interact or engage with us on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram through posts, comments, questions and other interactions, we may collect such publicly available information, including profile information, to allow us to connect with you, improve our products, or better understand user reactions and issues.

INFORMATION SHARING

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries HRBluSky.com, Inc. controls that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, such as HR Service Providers, these businesses sell offerings to you at HRBluSky.com. In other cases, we provide services or sell product lines jointly with these businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party.

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling service requests, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of HRBluSky customers on behalf of other businesses.

Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when you confirm an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION

We retain your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Sometimes, we may retain your information for longer periods as permitted or required by law, such as to maintain suppression lists, prevent abuse, if required in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, to enforce our agreements, for tax, accounting, or to comply with other legal obligations.

When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize your information from our active databases. We will also securely store the information and isolate it from further processing on backup discs until deletion is possible.

What is HRBluSky’s policy for the collection, use, and storage of Face Attendance Data?

We offer certain Clients the ability to use Face attendances software, through HRBluSky’s Time and Attendance applications. We rely on the terms and performance of the contract with our Clients to lawfully process Face Attendances (as defined below) on our Client’s behalf to authenticate an individual and prevent fraud in the context of his or her employment or contractor relationship with our Client. We use Face Attendances solely for the purposes requested by our Client to perform the applicable HRBluSky Services. HRBluSky transmits Face Attendances securely using encryption and we take other reasonable steps to safeguard this data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We retain this information until the termination of our services agreement with our Clients (we routinely delete the information within 30 days following the termination of our services agreement) or earlier at our Clients’ direction, as required by the terms of our agreement with our Clients, or unless we have a legal reason to retain it to comply with applicable law, judicial demands, resolve disputes, or otherwise defend or enforce our agreements.

Inform employees or contractors in writing that Face Attendances are collected, stored, and used;

Indicate the specific purpose(s) for collecting Face Attendances, and length of time for which it is being collected, stored, and used; and

Receive written consent from the employee or contractor (or his or her legally authorized representative) authorizing the Client and HRBluSky to collect, store, and use Face Attendances.

HRBluSky uses facial recognition technology as an optional component for mobile and time clock solutions. Via a photograph (“Photo”) submitted to our Sites via our solution, algorithms create a Face Attendance identification face index, which is a numeric interpretation of a person’s facial features, like the distance between the eyes, nose, and ears.

Other requirements or restrictions may apply to Face Attendances beyond those mentioned in this section in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction. If you are an employee or contractor who accesses the HRBluSky Services in connection with your employment or contractor status with our Client, please contact your employer or customer for further information about your data.

TERMS OF USE & SERVICE, POLICY, AND REVISIONS

If you choose to visit HRBluSky.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Use & Service, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the Emirate of Dubai. If you have any concern about privacy at HRBluSky.com, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use & Service will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
