At HRBluSky, we value your business and aim to provide top-quality software for your needs. With many options available, we thank you for choosing us.

Refund Policy for Monthly Subscriptions
If you’re not satisfied during the first month of service, contact us. We’ll address the issue, offer a workaround, or give you a solution timeline. If we cannot meet your expectations, we provide a full refund and downgrade your account to the free plan.

Annual Subscriptions Refund Policy
We never force annual subscriptions, offering flexibility in choosing your plan. If dissatisfied within the first 45 days, reach out to us. We’ll address the issue, propose a workaround, or provide a solution. If unsatisfied, we’ll issue a full refund and move your account to the free plan.

Continued Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for your satisfaction throughout the entire contract. If we remove or discontinue a feature available when you signed up, notify us immediately. If unresolved, we’ll offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining contract.

Auto-Renewal Information
For convenience, subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You’ll receive an email before each renewal, detailing the upcoming charge. After renewal, you’ll also get a receipt confirming the charge and the next renewal details.

Flexible Cancellation Policy
Forget to cancel? No problem. You can still cancel your subscription within five business days after your renewal date and receive a full refund.

Exception to our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to HRBluSky Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
