Employee's Self-service Password Generation
An employee gets his self-service user name and password automatically when you create the profile.
Notes:
If the email address of the employee is not available, then the email will be sent to the system administrator’s email address.
The same mobile numbers cannot be used for different employees for security reasons.
If you do not want to give access to employees for self-service then do not enter his/her email address while creating the profile. You can update/edit it later once the profile is created.
