HR Document Templates

The following video will explain how to create an HR documents template using HRBluSky. This process allows you to streamline the creation of important HR documents, such as confirmation letters.

Notes:

Navigate to the HR Documents module and select “HR Documents Template.”

Click the “Add” button to create a new template, enter the document name, and select the document type.

For instance, when creating a confirmation letter, copy and paste the required field data by selecting the data table, choosing the relevant employee profile fields (like first name and last name), and copying the field values.

Paste the field values into the appropriate sections of the document.

Once the template is complete, click “Save.” You can edit the template later if needed.
