We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when you confirm an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

What is HRBluSky’s policy for the collection, use, and storage of Face Attendance Data?

Use of Face Attendance Software

We offer certain clients the ability to use Face Attendance software through HRBluSky’s Time and Attendance applications. In doing so, we rely on our contract with clients to lawfully process Face Attendance data, which not only helps us authenticate individuals but also works to prevent fraud in employment or contractor relationships. Furthermore, HRBluSky uses Face Attendance data strictly for the purposes requested by our clients, ensuring that it is solely applied to perform the specific HRBluSky services they require.

Data Security and Retention

HRBluSky securely transmits Face Attendance data using encryption. Additionally, we take all reasonable steps to safeguard this data from any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Furthermore, we retain this information only until we terminate our service agreement with clients. Typically, we routinely delete the information within 30 days following termination, or even sooner if directed by the client. However, we may also retain it if required under our agreement or if we have a legal obligation to do so.

Employee Notification and Consent

Clients must:

  • Inform employees or contractors in writing that Face Attendances are collected, stored, and used.
  • Specify the purpose(s) for collecting Face Attendances and the duration for which it is stored and used.
  • Obtain written consent from the employee or contractor (or their legally authorized representative) to authorize the collection, storage, and use of Face Attendances.

Facial Recognition Technology

HRBluSky uses facial recognition technology as an optional feature for both mobile and time clock solutions. Specifically, through a photograph (“Photo”) submitted to our sites, algorithms then create a Face Attendance identification index. This index serves as a numeric interpretation of a person’s facial features, including key details such as the distance between the eyes, nose, and ears. Consequently, this process enables accurate identification, further supporting reliable attendance tracking.

Compliance and Further Information

Additional requirements or restrictions may, therefore, apply to Face Attendance data based on applicable laws in your jurisdiction. For instance, if you are an employee or contractor accessing HRBluSky services in connection with your employment or contractor status, please be sure to contact your employer or client for further information regarding your data. This way, you can fully understand any specific requirements or policies related to the use of Face Attendance in your region.
