5 Steps to a Successful Candidate Onboarding with HRBluSky 

A structured and efficient onboarding process enhances employee experience, boosts retention, and ensures compliance. With HRBluSky, new hires can seamlessly transition into their roles while HR teams manage the process efficiently.

Step 1: Login to the Connect App & Create an Onboarding Form

To initiate candidate onboarding, log in to the Connect App and create a customized onboarding form for different job roles. This form captures essential details such as personal information, job designation, department, and compliance documents. A well-structured form simplifies the hiring process and ensures that new employees have all the necessary information in one place.

Step 2: Invite New Joiners & Assign an Assignee for Verification

Once the onboarding form is created, navigate to the Invited Candidates Module in the Connect App. Initiate the onboarding process by:

♦ Selecting the required onboarding form

♦ Entering the email ID of the new joiner

♦ Assigning an assignee (HR personnel or hiring manager) to review and verify the submitted details

This step ensures that all onboarding data is accurate before the new hire officially joins the company.

Step 3: Candidate Receives an Invitation Email & Fills the Form

After sending the invite, the new hire receives an onboarding email containing their username, password, and a secure login link to the Connect App. Upon logging in, the candidate must:

♦ Fill out the onboarding form

♦ Upload relevant documents (if required)

♦ Review and submit the form for verification

A seamless self-service onboarding experience increases engagement and reduces manual HR workload.

Step 4: Admin Verification of Onboarding Form

Once the candidate submits the form, the admin receives a notification and can review the details in the Onboarding Dashboard. The admin can:

♦ Verify the candidate’s submitted information

♦ Approve the onboarding form for HRBluSky integration

This step ensures that all employee records are accurate, reducing errors in payroll and HR management.

Step 5: Activate New Joiners in HRBluSky

After successful verification, the candidate is officially onboarded into HRBluSky. The HR team can:

♦ View the new joiners list under the New Joiners module

♦ Activate new joiners as employees, granting them full access to company resources
