Ensure you are logged into the system and have the necessary permissions to access the Employee module.
Select the correct employee before navigating to the Performance Reviews tab to maintain accurate records.
When entering performance review details, include the “From” and “To” period, type of review, review status, and review score.
You can also add any remarks and tags as needed, and upload any relevant files to support the review.
Double-check all information for accuracy before clicking “Save.”
You can delete, edit, and view performance reviews after saving to keep employee records up to date.
