Applying Leave Request

Employees should raise leave requests from their self-service portal. Admin just has to verify, approve, or reject it.

Notes:

Go to Leave Management > Leave Request and click Request.

Select From/To Date, Leave Type (e.g., Casual, Sick), choose Forenoon/Afternoon, add Remarks, and click Send.

Track status as Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Cancelled.

View leave types as per company policy.

Calendar View shows:

  • Approved (Green)
  • Pending/Forwarded (Yellow)
  • Public Holiday (Violet)

See Leave Summary: Total, Used, Available (bar graph).

View/cancel requests (before forwarding).

Unpaid Leave category shows payroll deductions.
