This video explains how to verify the candidate onboarding form submitted by new joiners using the Onboarding Dashboard in the Connect App and how to successfully onboard them into HRBluSky. The process ensures that all candidate information is properly reviewed, verified, and ready for activation as employees.
Notes:
Make sure the candidate has completed and submitted the onboarding form before proceeding to verification.
The Onboarding Dashboard provides access to all submitted forms by candidates.
During verification, check all tabs carefully — including Employee Profile, Employee Document, and any additional custom tabs.
In case of any discrepancy, communicate with the candidate and have them update the form before verification.
After successful verification, click the Verified button to mark the form as verified.
If the candidate’s form still contains incorrect information, you can use the Cancel option, provide remarks, and reject the form.
Once all information is correct, enter final remarks and click the Onboard button to complete onboarding.
You can use filters such as Invited, In Progress, Verified, Onboarded, and Cancelled to monitor the status of all candidates easily.
To confirm the onboarding, go to HRBluSky > Employee Details > New Joiners, where you will see the list of onboarded candidates.
From this list, you can activate the new joiners as full-time employees.
