Employee Resignation-My Requests

The following video will explain in detail how to raise an employee resignation request under the My Request module, including required configurations such as approval hierarchy setup, user access roles, and notice period settings.

Notes:

Configure the Approval Hierarchy under Organization Setup by selecting Resignation Request and adding required approver levels.

Enable permissions under Domain Setup → User Access Role for Resignation Management and Resignation Request (Raise, View, Delete).

Navigate to My Request and open the Resignation tab to enter notice period dates, reason, and remarks, then click Send.

Set the notice period in Employee Job Details to enable automatic calculation of the notice end date.

Save all configurations to ensure a smooth resignation submission process.
