Personal Details Update Request

The following video explains how the Personal Detail Update Request feature in HRBluSky helps organizations manage and approve employee information updates efficiently through defined approval hierarchies.

Notes:

Enable the feature in System Settings under Personal Request.

Set up an Organization Hierarchy before use.

Two hierarchy types: Personal Request and New Joiner Personal Request.

For new joiners, only individual employees can be added for approval.

Applies to all employee tabs: Job, Document, Personal Details, Salary, and Entitlement.

Pending requests show a yellow indicator and restrict editing until approved.
