Standard Reports

The following video will explain how to create standard reports using HRBluSky. This process allows you to generate comprehensive reports to help analyze HR data effectively.

Notes:

To begin creating a new report, access the “Reports” module and select “Standard Reports.”

Click “Create Report,” enter a descriptive name, and select the organization and employees to include.

Define the report’s time frame by selecting “From” and “To” dates to capture relevant data.

Choose output columns, including any necessary conditions, and click “Save Report” to preserve your selections.

Finally, click “Run” to view the report, make adjustments if needed, and export it for sharing.
