The following video will explain how to search for employee data effectively using the Advanced Search module in HRBluSky.

Notes:

Begin by navigating to the Advanced Search module.

In this section, you can choose the specific data you want to search for.

For instance, if you’re searching by employee job, click the plus option to add conditions.

In the first tab, select the category, such as “Job Designation.”

In the second tab, choose the relevant condition, and in the final tab, pick the specific designation you wish to find.

Once you’ve set your criteria, click “Find” to view the employee details.

If you have further questions, refer to the FAQs section or chat with support for additional assistance.

All fields marked with a red ‘*’ are mandatory, so be sure to complete them before proceeding.
