GPS tracking-based attendance mode in HRBluSky allows employees to capture attendance based on their real-time location. It enables precise tracking of employee movements during client visits, recording their punch-in, arrival, and departure times with accurate location data.

Navigate to “Domain Setup” and click “Attendance Setup.”
Select GPS tracking-based attendance mode and allocate it to the desired employees.
Choose the appropriate roster pattern and click “Save” to complete the setup.
Open the HRBluSky Attendance Tracker app on your mobile device.
Click “Punch In” to begin tracking your attendance and location.
Click “Visit In” to record your arrival at the client’s address.
Use “Visit Out” to mark your departure after the client meeting.
Review attendance by selecting “View Attendance” and choosing the desired date.
Click “Location History” to view map-based tracking of your locations.
Select “View Details” to see detailed location data, including timings and total distance traveled.
