The following video will explain how to create a shift pattern for the week using HRBluSky efficiently. By following these steps, you can set up and manage weekly shift patterns for your employees.
Navigate to the attendance setup and access the shift pattern tab.
Click the “Add” button to enter the pattern name and allocate shifts for specific days.
Select the pattern for all days and enable the automation option if you wish to automate the roster monthly.
Click “Save” after completing the setup, and you can edit or delete the pattern later if needed.
