Overtime

This video will explain how to handle overtime requests using the Transaction Dashboard. It covers navigating to the Attendance tab, accessing the Overtime tab, reviewing employee requests, and taking actions such as approving or canceling them. Additionally, it demonstrates how to change the approver if the assigned approver is terminated.

Notes:

Go to the Attendance tab.

Click on the Overtime tab to access the list of overtime requests.

View all submitted requests along with details like employee name, date, and overtime hours.

Review each request carefully before taking any action.

Click Approve to confirm and process the overtime request.

Click Cancel to reject the request if it does not meet the criteria.

If the assigned approver is terminated, select a new approver to ensure seamless processing.

Use filters to sort requests by user, division, department, or other criteria for easier management.

Ensure all actions taken are recorded accurately for payroll and compliance purposes.
